Create a Wordpress Template

We are looking for a highly skilled Wordpress Theme Developer and PHP Specialist who can take our Front End markup and convert it into a wordpress theme. We have a pre-existing website with various custom post-types and plugins specific to our system. You must be able to take the markup, develop it into a theme and add the hooks to pull the pre-existing data into the appropriate points. The theme will have 3 basic areas: 1. Homepage (with a unique post archives display) 2. Post 3. Custom Post Type You need a good command of English, proven experience and the ability to suggest innovative solutions to potentially complex items. We need to have the option within the admin where different post formats can be assigned to each post. We also have an advanced area where user comment snippets display along side posts within the archive outside of the their respective posts.
