I need to integrate a couple of forms that already exist on Formstack (a forms creation website) into my WordPress website, and for them to then be accessible by users logging in. A developer that started work for me on this has left mid-project, and I need someone to complete it for me. One form has already been converted into a Formidable form, one is still do be converted. I don't think this is a difficult job, it will just take someone some time. I then need a nicely presented entrants' area where they can see and review their contact details, their copies of the above forms, and a new form.
