I'm building a website with wordpress. I'm looking for someone to build a student loan comparison calculator for me. The calculator needs to allow website visitors to enter their current outstanding student loan balance, interest rate, and payment term in months. The first calculation should be the total principal and interest the person would pay if they continue with the loans they have. The second calculation should be the total principal and interest the person would pay if they consolidated their loans with COMPANY X. The second calculation needs to be carried out from the original data that the person entered but it should use COMPANY X's interest rate. The third calculation should be the subtraction of calculation 1 by calculation 2, which shows how much the person will save by consolidating with COMPANY X. Ultimately, one set of input data will generate calculation 1, calculation 2 and calculation 3. I want the person to only enter data one time. The COMPANY X interest rate, which should already be established in the calculator, needs to be adjustable by me. Please feel free to ask me any questions or request more details.

We completely understand what you are after and what you are looking to establish here. There will be two algorithm running at the backend and both of them will produce different results once the user input is provided to them. The interest rate of the company X needs to be a dynamic filed which will be updated as and when required by the admin of the site. Hi, I have already built different kind of online calculators and I work a lot of finance software development, so this is absolutely my field of expertise. I have several questions for you: Is this a part of the website you are building (like a page, or module), or this is the core of the website (the only thing it is built of)? How do we solve the design - do you have already design for the site, or I should build it? Do you have anything against using comercial templates for base of the design? When you say person should enter data only one time, do you mean one time per session, or like one time at all (any time person is back on site, data will be available)? Do we store user data (register/login), or it's open for public use? These are the questions for now, I'm sure I will have more of them once we start with development.
