We are about to launch a brand new UK only online estate agency based in the North West of England. ££ price in ££ There are a couple of premium WP themes that look impressive as a starting point, however I'll need reliable assistance with modifying the template to account for my specifications. The 2 themes identified that look quite impressive (with a geolocation map) to begin with are: REALIA and PROPERTA. Graphics will be provided to suit the pages / elements as I am a professional graphic designer. Admin needs to be able to easily input / manage / upload property details to display on the site – and to seamlessly feed them to [login to view URL] We will offer 3 packages to customers (in a comparison table), with the option to book and appointment and PAY NOW via credit card or Paypal. Ability to add custom lighboxes / pop ups. It will need to integrate social media and a live twitter feed, along with a video on the homepage. We need to edit Property statuses to FOR SALE, UNDER OFFER, SOLD and ensure these relate to the Rightmove feed. We need a contact us form to make an immediate enquiry for a property. It will need a savings calculator / savings comparison tables page. It will feature some detailed step by step guides. I'd like a custom footer / background image adding. I hope this is a good start. Advice on the kind of server needed to host this site would be appreciated too. I have a premium domain.
