Back Link Building

I am looking for a person to build backlinks and/or reciprocal links for 5 websites. Most of my sites are either dating related or social network sites. We are looking to secure at least 5000 links to each site from related websites. Here are some of the linking guidelines: - Links must be permanent, free, one way or reciprocal and static to our website; - The home page and the link page must both be PR2+; - There are no more than 20 outbound links on each web page (where our link is placed); - Links should contain the target key phrases as a text hyperlink; - No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black hat tactics; - Link page should only be from English language sites; - Link page must be search engine friendly; - Page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] and the link must NOT contain the rel=nofollow tag; - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges; - Prefer high ranking sites verified by Alexa; - No sites banned by google/yahoo/etc.; - Must be manually submitted. - No link schemes, No blog comments, No directories, No forums; - Must be static links only. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty. Only ethical work will be accepted; - No links from offensive sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
