Project: * cloning of Budson com * Should be in Multi Languages, English/Spanish/Dutch/Arabic. * Should include full functionality of Budson with clean and easy to use Admin Panel. * The layout, look and feel should be different, final product should be elegant and professional * Responsible for development of web design. * Integration with multi payment systems. * Installing the website on our hosting server. Provider Requirements: * Must have experience in developing projects like this. * Must be good in communication, creative and innovative and strong development skills. * Will need to deliver a bug free 100% working site with Complete Source Code. * The code used on the project along with the design will not be used in any other sites without our written consent. Payment Terms; * Upon delivery of a demo, a 30% deposit will be made in an escrow account * Upon final delivery of 100% working product, rest of the 70% payment will be released from escrow. * The final application will have our full copyright. * We reserve the right to terminate this contract if the product is not in our satisfactory standards.
