Cloud Based B2B Human Resource Portal (SaaS)

We are looking to build a cloud based B2B SaaS application. The successful candidate(s) will need to demonstrate experience designing/developing enterprise applications using Linux LAMP, ASP.Net, Ruby or Java. We would like to hear from you on what programming language, database, and software architecture would be best suited to deploying a B2B SaaS application such as [login to view URL] on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
