Create an online virtual school

We require some fresh ideas/input in creating a virtual school. The school will be along the lines of khan academy, but we will start as a traditional school, starting from grade one onwards. There will be video tutorials, videos of which we will provide to you. To the video tutorials, you will need to script game based tutorials, and then assessment tests on the topics. Just like at khan academy, these will keep computer generated logs of the students progress in every subject. Our first stage will be the beta stage with just grade one and two. If this stage proves popular and there is acceptance, then we will move to adding a grade or two per year just as in normal schools. Likewise, our initial payment will only be for this first beta stage. As we add grade levels and increased functionality, we will decide further pay. Additionally for support purposes, we will provide a monthly salary (this is separate from the production budget).
