Database Java and XML Interface

One of my guys has created a mobile voucher issuing database it needs more work to be made robust and scalable and to implement the XML interface. He has just gone to Switzerland to do an MA in computer Science and i need someone to finish off his work. Would you like to quote for this? Here are the skills the developer should have in order to continue development of the database: Good JAVA skills MySQL database Create, Read, Update and Delete (CRUD) operations, Play framework XML format and XML parsing HTML skills, beneficial to understand jquery and AJAX for creating nice web interface Will be required to learn and implement APAC30, encoding and decoding APAX messages , this will form the interface for the messages to /from the database.
