buisness card design

I am looking for someone to design a web based business card design program. I would prefer that it uses html, php, ajax, java, or similar languages. This program is used so that someone can go to the site, upload photos and then change the look a feel of a business card. The card has a set size and resolution that cannot be change by the customer. It needs to have warnings if the customers image is too small or if it will print pixelated. They need to be able to see the layout, resize uploaded images ontop of the layout and add text, backgrouds, colors, and other related images/colors/graphics. They also need to be able to change rotation of the layout and pictures. I would like it to be very user friendly, with a clean look and feel to it. ## Deliverables Please make sure that you read carefully. I want this project done right the first time. This will take some effort between both parties and I for see many questions.
