Add (sub)categories option to ClipShare V4

Script ClipShare V4

Goal change the current single category (channel) option, into a two level category/subcategory option. During upload user must be able to select a category and related subcategory using combo box. Users must be able to navigate thru videos using left site maincategory and right site corresponding subcategories. Categories/subcategories must be manageble using existing admin area.

## Deliverables

1.) add categories/subcategories option to admin area

2.) add new tab on main page for navigating thru cat/subcats

3.) modify all related links and options regarding channels to subcategories

4.) create an automitically tumbnail creation from last video in it for subcategoires for those which has no image manually added.

5.) create an option that empty subcategories not are shown

6.) all in style of template

7.) all categories and subcategories must be stored in database
