Animated ecard web based and mobile friendly site with user ability to place single and multiple photos of users faces onto animated bodies in similar style to [login to view URL] We require the site to have the following functionality and tools. 1. User interface that allow users to input/upload their own photos via direct upload, Facebook connection or webcam with complete step by step toolset for adjusting, dynamically cropping, resizing, zoom and move tools for users own uploaded head photos. 2. System is to work using .sfw files that we can customize and pre animate. 3. Ability to select and upload up to 4 heads and also to select none if card is non photo interactive. 4. Preview and create new head function. 5. Ability to select our own head from a supplied gallery 6. Ability to crop jaw section into a seperate image for mouth animation. 7. Dynamic masking to crop and position face. 8. Ability to preview the users created ecard. 9. Ability to add and edit a message at the end. 10. Web friendly video formats to be generated at the end of the process. 11. Ability for user to share video on facebook, youtube or email. 12. Ability for us to upload new swf content to website that appear in dynamic thumbnail gallery for playback preview. 13 Text ability to save users photos as a male, female or name their character. 14.
