Authorize.net Payment Coding

I need to have a coder that is experienced with [login to view URL] processing, PHP and Javascript to modify a script that I have. The script is PHP and Java and is located at: <[login to view URL]> Essentially you will produce two scripts out of the one to do different things. 1. I need the script as it is to be modified to include some extra fields on the payment form. I need a auction ID number field, auction site dropdown field (Gunbroker, AuctionArms, GunsAmerica and eBay) and an item description field of 60 characters if possible. The page should also include a shipping address field as well in addition to the billing address. I also want to capture their phone number and email address. I then want the script to send the [login to view URL] merchant billing notification email to that email address. The rest of the script, including the Javascript does not need to be modified. 2. I want another script produced out of this one that will allow the user to enter a dollar amount and then have the Javascript calculate a 1.5% fee or $1.50 minimum charge on that amount and pass that to the payment form for charging to Authorize.net. The payment form can remain the same, but I want it coded so [login to view URL] sends the billing notification to their email address and the charge description should be for 'BuySellGuns Classifieds Final Value Fee'. So the form would have to be modified to capture their email address. Coder will have full FTP access to the site. I will work closely with the coder as much as possible. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Java, PHP
