Business Networking Site

We are planning to develop a business networking site on the lines of [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], etc. Though the basics of our site will be similar to these sites, our site is going to be unique and we have a list of features we want developed in the site, hence you will need to work with us closely sometimes on a day to day basis to develop what we need. You need to be very experienced in developing using PHP and MySQL and if you have developed any similar social/business networking sites, its a bonus but not a requirement. After we get the initial bids, we will choose a few potential bidders and show them our exact requirements and we will have some questions for you. We are thinking about using technologies like AJAX which so many sites are using nowadays so if you have experience with AJAX, it would be a definite bonus. We need the site to be very active. The website design will be given by us, you will just have to integrate it with the programming. This would be a very involved project and so we require very good communication. We are planning to do the project in 4 Stages and this bid is only for the first & second stage. If the site is doing well and we go to Stage 3 and Stage 4, there is more money to be made for you.
