Cleanup wordpress websites from malware and update

I have 3 wordpress sites, infected from malware. Sites are: 1. [login to view URL] 2. [login to view URL] 3. [login to view URL] My sites are malware infected due to a timthumb valnumerability. I want nivo slider for play at index page and featured box like above. I have tried to cleanup my [login to view URL] site and update wordpress but something going wrong with the theme. What i want, is fully cleanup from malware files (.htaccess, hidden files, wordpress and theme files) in my account, and update wordpress installation and theme. (i will send you the updated ecobiz theme). I will give you access to ftp. I estimate the work to 4 hours.
