Project Description:
Finish a custom built PHP 5x shopping cart and sync with external MS SQL2005 database.
Project Details:
This will be a sub contract rescue project. Our client had a custom built shopping cart created for them and their programmer bailed as it neared completion. They have asked us to complete it for them, but we are swamped.
Your responsibility will be to complete the website shopping cart and sync the shopping cart’s mysql database with an MSSQL 2005 external database.
Step 1. Complete the cart’s checkout process and hook up to client's gateway (probably [login to view URL]).
Step 2. Make sure all email receipts and sales orders are delivered to the right people and stored in the database for correct retrieval.
Step 3. Make sure client can view any received orders from their shopping cart.
Step 5. Sync the product catalog with a central SQL db so that inventory is always updated anytime a purchase is made or new stock arrives. Shopping cart catelog should update from its own mysql database. MySQL should update and be updated from the MS SQL server.
