Convert the design(psd) to Joomla 1.5 template

I'm looking for somebody in order to create the template for joomla 1.5 web-site from the design(psd-file). I attached 4 png-files(the template design and positions of modules, etc.) in rar-file. I'll send psd-file later to whom will do this work. For the template should be done: 0) All text(html, php, xml, etc.) files should be in UTF-8. 1)Three Columns Layout 2)Fully collapsible module positions(as much as possible): user1, user2, user3, user4, user5, banner, gallerypicture, top, left and right 3)Tableless CSS/XHTML valid architecture 4)!!!Cross-browser compatible (very important) 5)Separated Language file 6)Width options: Fixed and fluid(800x600 is minimum). 7) main menu(left column) should be as pulldown (using JavaScript) 8)Every item of Top-menu (in TOP-module) should be separated from each other by two spaces. 9) there are few differences with 3-column variant and 2-column variant(when left column do not appear), see [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] respectively.
