Custom Instant Messenger System

We are looking to have a custom and customizable Instant Messaging System built to work within our site. We would like it to be available on every page of the site without slowing the site down as much as possible. We are currently running off the VBulletin system and language. We will need this system to be able to work along side and accept the data from the database we currently have. This project will need to be similar to AIM, Yahoo Messenger, MSN Messenger, SKYPE, etc. We will not need any video capabilities with this system, just simply chat, buddies, blocking, etc. ## Deliverables Please remember that this must have intergration with VBulletin system 3.9
