I need a website created with the details attached in the text document with a good layout. I would have put the information in here but it wouldnt all fit. Please do not bid if you cannot work on the project, hate accepting bidders and having them never respond. Please only bid if you require 1 down payment. I dont mind paying a down payment and then the rest one complete. What I dont want is to have constant multiple payments, I dont understand why you would either with more fees. So I can pay down payment, then once complete up to my expectations I will pay the rest. I would prefer you dont use a platform and just custom code it, maybe that is because I am oldschool and it is easier for me to edit it in the future. Any questions feel free to ask!
