PROGRAMMING NEEDED FOR PRE REGISTRATION FORM

I need a web page programmed as a Pre registration form. On that form the person registering would be required to send a mail to all his contacts in his email account or his contacts on his facebook friends list, before his registration on that page would be successful enough for him to be taken to the registration page at [login to view URL] where he can register for my service free of charge. To send our mail inviting his friends/contacts to register for our services , all he has to do is to simply enter his email username and password, and if login details are correctly entered, he will be taken to a page where he can simply click on a button that says 'click to send invitation to your friends/contacts' . As soon as the link is clicked, a preprogrammed message would be automatically sent to all the contacts in his email or facebook, TWITTER. and the mesage would go to the contacts as coming from him. and the message would be personalised with the contacts name. The whole essence of what i want is to offer free registration for my service to any one who would agree to send out info about my service and invitation to all their contacts in reciprocation. And i want to make it easy for them, such that as soon as they click on the tab that says click to send, my message would b sent automatically to all their contacts as though it was a message coming directly from the person who is registering at that time for my service. i want the person registering to be automatically taken to the registration page for my service at [login to view URL] , for them to receive free registrtion, having fulfilled the requirement of mailing all their contcts our service This is about the best way i can describe what i want.. I want it to also forward a report to me saying who registered and how many contacts were mailed from them.
