Website Fixes needed

Hello, I have a website that is fully functional and have a few small niggling errors that need to be fixed. The website is developed in Smarty php, php and some some ajax and javascript components. The developer must have full knowledge of this. I have added the screenshots for what is needed to be done. Please view screenshots and bid on project. Most of the errors are small gliches and i dont forsee majot development work, although developer must be prepared to help me finish the website with the fixes. After this i will need someone who will be able to give me quick quotes and repair work should it arise. I am available on skype and want to start the project immedtiately and finish ASAP.
