convert image into css/html website

Hi, I'd like someone to convert an image I made into a CSS built website. Its just one page, and should be fairly straight forward. I have attached an image, as well as the source for what I've made already. Feel free to add on to it or start fresh. The site has a navigation bar at the top, with buttons that change color on mouse over. All text on the page must be real text and not an image, excluding the main logo area (which will be flash) and the rotating banner at the top. The page should be able to have text added to it later and stretch, while keeping the top and bottom images (rounded corners) as well as the shadow to the right/bottom. Basically, the back can't be one image. The site must be all CSS, no tables please, and meet all typical web standards.
