Asterisk/MySQL configuration(repost)

I need assistance on a recently installed Asterisk PBX server. This server is used strictly for VoIP calling. I'm still a beginner with Asterisk and need some help with a way or application to limit the number of outgoing minutes for callers. There are two parts to this: 1) I need to know how to limit the number of outgoing minutes for each SIP account. If an account is allowed 100 minutes per month then when that count is reached the account cannot place outgoing calls and a recorded voice prompts the user when an outgoing call is attempted. 2) I need a small web interface (MySQL/PHP if possible) where I can log in and see how many minutes each account has used up and how many remaining minutes they have for the month. This web application will be simple and consists of maybe 2-3 different pages to display different kinds of information relating to sip accounts and calling minutes. An option to search for and display an account would be nice here. I believe usage of MySQL is needed for this. If you know of an application to do this that would be great but I would prefer a custom app as the requirements are pretty specific and somewhat "basic". Please send questions if you need clarifications. I will be more specific for the web interface when I select a bidder. I have no idea what this entails so I remain open to fair bids. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Asterisk 1.2.5, RedHat, MySQL, PHP, etc...
