Domains auction site made on PHP and MySQL, this is How it works: Sellers put their List Price, and the domain is listed as 'Make an Offer'.Once a buyer bids at least 10% of the List Price, the domain status changes to 'In Negotiation' The buyers can increase their bids while the seller can make counter offers. Both the bids and the counter offers are valid for a period of 14 days. Once there have been no valid bids or counter offers in the last 14 days, the domain returns to the status of 'Make an Offer'. The project has two parts, the user interface which is what the users in general will see and the administrato interface for an administrator to manage bids, negociations, users and domains. A more detailed flow chart of the project can be found in the file attached. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Unix, in all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape.
