Calendar project for intranet

Hello! We are an ISP based in Edinburgh and looking for a (relatively) local coder to help us put a fresh PHP/PostgreSQL - driven calender into our CRM/Intranet/OSS system. We would provide you with some of the libraries and layout of the existing intranet so you could develop against that. We have cookie-based user login to our CRM system (built in house), which we want to be referenced against this calendar system. Functional requirements are; - multi user (as per existing login infrastructure) - resource booking (and code to ensure overbooking not possible) - staff member booking (allowing multibooking, but with a warning) - alarms (via email is adequate - may add sms later) - day/week/month views ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). Note; actually v happy for use of some GPL componenets etc as this is for internal use so right to use licensing or resale not an issue. Commercially licensed components a different issue! ## Platform Linux, PostgreSQL db, PHP v4+ dHTML is fine (we assume workng on IE4+ and Netscape/Mozilla, Opera 5+ on Win2k+) for error checking etc. Popups ok also. Would demo existing system to you if you took on this project.
