Create Shorten Redirect URL script

Create a script that will shorten an affiliates long URL...the purpose for this script is to allow affilaites to shorten/hide their real affiliate link/id. 1: ease of use for the affiliate and 2: affiliates will not get taken advantage of. Must be allowed by search engines for indexing Generate URL Automation User Signup / login / forget password, etc. cloak URL / show target (as long as this falls within search engine guidelines) User/Admin Tracking URL stats... admin: add users/suspend/delete user accounts. If i choose to suspend, then i want an option to redirect the suspended URL to another... I would like users to be able to set their own custom short name or choose random selection for their output URL.
