We have a requirement to build and support a teaching tablet web application. The current specification (see attachment) is a proof of concept of a specific area of the application. We require a reliable developer who will be able to easily turn around this specification and continue to expand it into the real app. The current specification doesn't require specific style, but it should be skinnable. If you believe there isn't enough information in order to provide an concrete quote, please do ask. Please bear in mind the current task is a proof of concept. It doesn't need to function as a complete app.
