Add ability to import graphs, images, charts, and tables into web app with widget

I need someone to add the ability to import graphs, images, charts, and tables with the ability to create and edit tables and graphs and have the ability to crop and resize the graphs, images, charts, and tables within the page and widget. The project is to be done for Exambler, a web app that allows teachers to create exams online, the functionality will be used to allow teachers to create and upload the graphs, images, tables, and charts into the exam page. The freelancer should be innovative and be able to think on his feet to assist in the project. It is based in the Zend Framework and PHP and should not interfere. See the image for more assistance.
