Adjustments to existing website

It seems that I did not explain the project details clearly enough in the previous post. I have started developing a special type of file sharing website and would like to have the website completed by a professional. Please note that the website ALREADY exists and has a fully featured HTML5 and CSS3 web template. So no design work will be necessary. A very basic PHP framework already exists as well. I am after a long term relationship with a developer here and will most likely require their services after this project has been completed. I require a freelancer that writes CLEAN and SECURE code. Please do not post generic offers on this project. I would like freelancers to carefully read the project description. I will discuss the project in full detail with a shortlist of freelancers and work out a final price (the final price may be higher than the maximum bid I have set). The site already has an EXISTING user login and registration system as well as a basic file upload wizard. Please refer to the attached screenshots for a visual reference. What I require the developer to do: - Complete the "forgot password" feature. - Tweak the registration function so each user has their own folder created upon registering. - Tweak the form upload wizard. --- Input validation on step two is not working to my liking (will explain). --- I would like users to be able to secure the files that they are uploading. A security option/challenge should be added to step three. This could be a password, a pin number or a set of security questions (users should have a choice). --- Each new file upload should be placed in a separate folder under the users folder on the server. - Complete the "Account" page to allow users to edit their personal details and update site preferences. - Create a "Lock Screen" feature, where a user can lock their session/screen. They should be able to simply re-enter their password to log back in. - Create detailed history/logging for file uploads and downloads. A user should be able to view who downloads their files (username, time, etc). - Check the code for any security holes or errors. This project is subject to change so I will need to work closely with a developer throughout the project. I am after someone who is fluent in English and has good communication skills.
