We need a Wordpress expert to build a bespoke plugin for our Wordpress. It needs to list photos in a gallery style, with a popup text box for each one. It must be built as a proper wordpress plugin and fully installable. Clean HTML and CSS coding (no tables) and needs to be responsive for mobile devices. (PC, Tablet and smartphone) The backend in Wordpress admin needs a Add / Edit screen similar to other wordpress plugins to make it easy for the admin user. Max Budget: $95 Thanks.
