Create basic site to send Google Push Notification

I need a simple website page that calls the Google GCM jar to send a Push Notification message. I have the jar if you don't have the SDK installed. Website Description: Field 1: A drop down list showing applications (data populated from a MySql database) Field 2: Text to send Button: Send Push Notification - calls the jar to send the message. If you want me to look at your bid, you need to tell me how you plan to call the jar from the website or show me an example page where you are already doing this. The winning bidder will also get first chance at creating a simple admin page to manage the MySQL database for the apps and related keys.
