Custom Mod for LFM Script - open to bidding

Hi I currently have lfm script installed on my site (barebone install) and I would like to create an advertising coop mod to operate out of the lfm site. Each new member will have a unique link to advertise. when member A sends traffic to that link he/she will display a page with a status bar and below it another members web page will be displayed. When member A earns a full credit his page will be displayed somewhere by another member. Membership levels should integrate with lfm Users will need a link management section added where they can. - Add the web pages they want to advertise - Add banners they want to advertise. -See their credit stats (total earned , total used, total remaining to be displayed) Status bar - Will show the the gravatar photo and banner of the member who's ad is being show below the status bar. (+ site branding) - Will contain another code that will display an image. - Will not be the same for free members as it is for paid members. Admin will need to see all stats change display/view ratio for free or paid members have a ad coop link where only paid member ads are displayed Others Ability to purchase credits that will be assigned I have a amateur mock up of the surf bar located here.
