Custom Pricing Module for Opencart or Magento

I need a custom pricing module for Opencart or Magento (or any other open source shopping cart, if first approved by me). The custom pricing module will do the following: anywhere on the website where price appears, it will be ticking down like a timer. The price of each item will be going down 1 cent per second and it should be live updated every second (the user can see the price going down). The price will continue ticking down until a user buys. If there is inventory left after one person checks out, the price will continue ticking down. For each item there is a starting price and a minimum (ending price). Once price has dropped to ending price, it will jump back up to the starting price and the cycle repeats. Your module must work with any template that I might install on my Opencart or Magento site.
