Database development - Build a Customize CRM web client

Project Description: What we currently use 1. Our company currently using Sugar CRM (open source version) for lead capture and time tracking. 2. We use Asana ([login to view URL]) for task management 3. We use google calendar to keep track of deadline and remainder 4. We use google doc for case/report status What we looking for We are a law firm that need a database expert with senior level experience in creating customize CRM system. We just need a database that has a combine function of all four applications that we currently using. The system must be user friendly and have the following features: 1- Lead capture function: similar to sugar CRM. You will also be responsible for full (100%) data migration to the new database/CRM system. 2- Task managing – similar to Asana and must be friendly like asana. 3- Remainder for deadline – Must function like google calender (email notify of deadline) 4- Report function – Generate report for lead, case with advance filter of date search, client name etc. 5 – Billing system – Time stamp function similar to [login to view URL] (crm system) 5- Full secure system. 6- User mangement How we determine your qualification Since this is a senior project level, we only reveal freelancer that have done a similar project, CRM customization. Please submit a proposal letter with the following: 1. Example work 2. How you plan on building this user friendly database management for us. 3. How long it will take you to complete 4.
