Client Content Management and Forums

This job is for programming only, for 3 different areas. Programmer will create a content management system for end client. The programmer will have to integrate their programming to the site's template and CSS. 1) Photos Page Client wants to display photos on their webpage. An admin area will be built where the client can log in to a password protected area and BROWSE and select photos from their hard drive to upload. The program will resize images to the proper size to display on the site. Admin will be able to see a preview of the uploaded file. Admin can give each photo a few word description (optional). Admin will also be able to create Categories too, with a category description optional. For example. Admin logs in and creates a category called "Bicycles". The description is listed as "Bikes are great". Then the client uploads 8 photos of bicycles. On the actual web page, "Bicycles" would be in a large font, the description "Bikes are great" in a smaller font below and then 4 photos across for two rows. When you click on the photo it will expand to a larger pop up image. Admin will have the ability to edit delete and toggle on/off either an entire category OR an individual photo/description. There should be a "sort order" feature so admin can re-arrange the order of both the categories and/or the photos within the categories. 2)Calendar page There will be a link on the clients home page to "Calendar". This calendar page will display text and a photo for each entry although a photo will be optional. The admin will log in and be able to upload a photo that will get resized to thumbnail size and will be clickable to expand in a pop up. The admin will also be able to enter text, using a Text Box field with a set character limit. Admin will be able to edit/delete/ and toggle on/off each calendar listing. Admin will be able to adjust the sort order of entries, although without any sorting it will default to last entry at the top and each entry previously moves down one. Actual calendar web page does not have to display like a "standard date calendar", it will be a simple layout of graphic and text within a table structure. 3)Forum Posting Client wants to create a bulletin board feature similar to this: [login to view URL] Features will require users to register (must verify their email through a link)and allow their e-mail to be hidden in posts if they desire. They will be able to post a message with asubject and text. Other users can reply to these messages, and the posting contines down the page with the newest entries at top. I am assuming there is a pre-existing script for this in either php/mysql or even perl that can be used and/or customized here. I don't think we have to create this from scratch as the budget does not allow this. Client does NOT want a full blown bulletin board like PhpBB or anything like that, they want to copy the format used by the link above. Admin should be able to delete/edit posts and ban users.
