Convert 5 perl sql asci screens to html/flash

This is a simple project. The application contains 5 screens written in perl/sql and interacts with an mysql database. The screens are all ascii so look damn ugly. They need re-laying out and with nice menu's (i like the menu format at [login to view URL]). I'm not really fussed what program is used, flash, jave, asp etc, but it must run on a windows apache webserver and come with all the instructions to install. You will need to understand sql/perl to convert the existing 5 screens so don't bid if cannot get the app working from sql. Also you must be contactable on m s n. If your not logged into it all day then don't bid. am willing to pay $150 max as its a pretty easy job for the right person. have around a week to get it done.
