Develop a Branch / Center management application with a mini CRM capability

Technology: PHP / Perl, MySQL (open source). The application should work cross platform. It will be opened usually on Android tablets (and any/every other operating system) Background: This is for a Kids education company which has franchise and direct centers across many towns. A link (login button) on the website will connect to this application. Requirement: 1. Track all admissions happening in every branch online - Create an online Application form to capture data. 1a. Auto generate Student code / ref. no. 1b. Super admin to create login for each center and users. Unique code for each center and each teacher (1-3 teachers per center) 2. Be able to track across different courses, fees types, payment types and other regular identification / contact information of the student enrolled and their parents. 3. Be able to track reports on various combinations like total admissions in a particular course across different time periods (like a week, month etc.). Similar reports for payment types etc. 4. Track which center is doing better on different counts - again using the above data once captured. 5. Integrate an online payment gateway to this application. 6. Trigger an SMS and Email on submission of application data to the parent. 7. Different levels of User permissions 8. Accounts reconciliation - On confirmation of receipt of amount, trigger dispatch of kit material / books etc. 9. Mini CRM - Handle enquiries from franchise prospects as well as parents for different course admissions. 10. Email list (Aweber integration) update automated on submit in application form. 11a. Track franchise fee payments (which will be done in a deferred manner after admissions of students) of each franchise center. 11b. Referral module to distribute commissions for new franchise reference (commission will be part of franchise fee and part of royalty). 12. Referral discount for parents if they refer admissions.
