Add ip location based Map to landing page

I have a landing page for a dating website. I want to show a map based on the location of the ip address of the user. On this map I also want to overlay a few small pics of peoples faces. Basically i want a copy of this [login to view URL] but the map has to be dynamic based on looking up the ip address of the user. I don't know if google maps or bing maps are best for this. I believe I can use maxmind ( [login to view URL] ) to look up the long/lat to draw the map So I am looking for someone to write the necessary html/js/php code to show this map on my landing page. This page will get a lot of traffic so i need it to be fast. I am thinking google static maps is the best option ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
