Asterisk/Trixbox Task (Bundle 3) A2Billing and IVR

Primarily this is an a2billing task but again involves integration with asterisk/trixbox. I've been into asterisk/trixbox and a2billing myself. There is numerous information available on the forums. Yet, I'd like to have all of this implemented in a very professional manner. A few tweaks are required by the expert to fulfill our purpose. Setting up the a2billing should be a piece of cake for the expert. However, here is what I actually want, **1. Extension to Extension Billing :** We'd like to have the billing done even for internal calls. The internal calls should also go to the a2billing context for billing. Please note that I have a distribution of boxes. This means my a2billing is setup only on one server. The developer should be able to send the call to the a2billing server context appropriately. Also, I need 2 contexts. For calling card, there is already one defined within asterisk/trixbox itself. I need one that uses CID authentication. This is a small editing and the code is available for it on the FreePBX forum. The expert will have to tweak this for me as well. I'd like to have evrything documented. **2. IVR Setup and Billing ** I'd like to use a2billing for my IVR billing also. Whenever a user calls into the IVR , that call should also be sent to the a2billing context for billing. I'll have IVR diagram out to the developer that he needs to setup. I'll give the developer a 40 USD bonus if he can provide me with the IVR recordings.
