Blackberry Iphone GPS Application

I need an? application for Blackberry and Iphone that will use the? GPS location of a phone and work with a database of preset locations. ? I want the application to automatically display a list of the nearest? locations from the database? to the phones GPS location. I want the list to? be able to display? maps, directions contact info etc...all info from the database fields.? **I would prefer this to work in coordination with Google maps but I am open to ideas.** I want this developed as a template that can be used in many different applications.? So basically all I have to do to create a new application is plug in a new database of locations, use a new icon, graphics etc... and I will have created a new application. this means I would like a completed application using a sample database of locations and all source code for the project? including instructions on how? to plug in a new database and create a new application. Please give me some details on how you the coder can accomplish this project and include relevant experience of working with this kind of application.
