Build an Article/Ezine Site

Build a site for people to submit article and or press releases. The site can be modeled after Free-press-release (.) com Users will create a free account, choose a category/categories for their submission, and be able to submit press releases/articles for free.? There will be custom options where user can upgrade their submission to remove ads on their page, add more links, and a photo(or photos) with their article, AND an option for users to pay for their article to be on the homepage of the site. Thumbnail next to article headline for users that have upgraded. Coder will create modules/components for add placements throughout the site and modules/components for users to pay to upgrade their article or promote their article. Article will display number of views they've had and users can rate articles. User accounts will display their submitted articles, drafts, statistics, etc...
