CMS website w. email address gathering features

Good day, We are looking for a developer that can create a newspaper-like website with easy to use content management system to update the articles on the site. Furthermore, we want the visitors to the site (our readers) to be able to input their email addresses, names and a few (3 to 5) other personal information items, in order for them to register to certain events. We will require references (links) to earlier related work, on which we can make our judgment. Thanks very much. ## Deliverables The site would be similar to a newspaper website in the sense that it would have a homepage on which a number of summaries of articles would be presented. When a user would click on such a summary, he or she would be directed to the full article. The site's rough layout is displayed in the picture attached. The blue box fields indicate where the various items (=an article's headline in bolder, larger font , with a couple lines of introduction to the full textin normal font). As can be seen, some articles would include pictures, while others would be purely text based. In the actual version of the site, the layout locations of where the articles would be, should have a white background (not blue). We would want the articles/items to be separated by thin light gray lines, as is done on the ny times website, with the purpose of creating an orderly, clean overview. The developer could show the layout of earlier work, or require a more detailed layout picture from our end. Furthermore, after completion of the project, we would highly value the ability to call upon the developer for any possible additions or modifications to the site at any later moment in time.
