Create an online library and database of photos and testimonials submitted by customers.

We have a couple thousand emails from customers with photos of our product in action. We would like to create an organizational system where we can catalog each photo, the customer’s comment and the customers contact information, other categorical information such as quantity of products in shot, color, type. We would also like to record where the information is used as far as our advertisements, website, mailings etc. We would like to keep the images/data private but have the ability to have certain ones viewable to the press - online. They can browse the images and determine if they would like to use the image in their publication. We also have several thousand testimonials without photos that we would like to add to this database. There are also several thousand images from our own photography sessions. I guess we would want thumbnails for easy viewing along with the high resolution “big pictures??. We will fill in the data once the structure is there. The entire contents would need to be accessed online.
