Customer and Workflow Mangement DB Software

We require a database driven application for a photographic studio in Australia that manages * contacts * customers * photog sessions * image viewings (sales sessions) * digital and print orders * workflow (including outsourcing and delivery to customer) * staff * staff commissions/bonuses * coffee making & trash collection (just joking!) It needs to operate under Windows XP/Vista across a peer network and be accessible to up to 10 users. GUI? must be simple, intuitive and very user friendly.? Idiot proofing is a must. Of major importance is reporting.? Reporting must be flexible and it must be possible to generate ad hoc user reports that can be saved and re-run. The successful bidder must have had experience in developing similar systems but be able to develop the detail of the project in collaboration with us.? Short listed bidders will have access to the current software we are using to gain an understanding of what we are trying to improve on. Before we chose a bidder (if any) to complete the project it will be necessary for us to have extensive discussions to negotiate the full specs of the system with short listed bidders, so? it may? take a week or so between close of bidding and allocation of the job.? ## Deliverables Time to talk if you are still interested.
