Data Mining Software

I'm looking for an application that will search the internet, and bring back results into an excel format. Primarily, the application should be able to search by keyword, and retrieve information as follows: 1. Contact info such as email address 2. Location (city, state, or country) 3. URL where the info is gathered 4. Phone info if provided ## Deliverables I need the approximate cost to build this, and an estimated completion time. The sooner it can be completed, the better, as our needs are pretty immediate. While I honestly do not know what it would cost to build something like this, I would not think it would be a whole lot as the program itself does not have to look pretty. It just needs to be functional and gather the information I require. Keep in mind, that as things progress, we will likely be looking at expanding on this software, and the coder will have the first shot at developing this at every stage. The final product is expected to be ours completelely. I'm not adverse to perhaps using something you have already developed in the past.
