Develop BOTS/Spider for collecting data

We need a lead generation BOTS system for private sellers in UK in need to sell their homes urgently. Although we have a website like them , we need a BOTS/Spider which can do the work for us and get us the leads of such people who would have left their details on various forums, blogs, etc. ## Deliverables I would like the coder to maintain the system for at least 2 years and if possible more. He has to commit that he would not design a similar system for any other Property lead generation website/other system for UK for 2 years. The funds will be escrowed to RAC if bid is good an acceptable. I will also give a further bonus in addition to the set up cost of $10 for every successful lead generated.
