Develop technical requirement specification document

Project Description: This project is not for you to develop my software. It is just for you to help define my software project document. I want web based software developed for me. The type of software I need to be developed already exist. I need a hybrid version that combines top features from about 3 versions of this particular software, to form my own version. I just need someone experienced in software development and software architecture to help me develop technical requirement specification document, which would be the guide for the developers of this software. You will consult with me to help determine the most suitable resources needed to achieve the goal I have in mind. I also need the person to test the software after it's done to be sure that everything is in order. I will pay you separately for testing, after software is completed. PLEASE NOTE: you are not required to necessarily take on the development of the SOFTWARE. Another person can handle the actual development of the software itself. After getting your software document from this project, I will post another project to attract developers for the software. If you are then interested in bidding for the project, you are free to bid then. But I will choose the bidder for the project that proves to me that they are best qualified to handle the project and to give me the best output possible. Because of the nature of this software, I 'd not post links to similar software on this site. But if you bid on this project now, I can send you the links to the software similar to what I want.
