complete custom coded order form in joomla 1.5 site

Custom coded order form that passes the cleints details (name, address, etc) in hidden fields, which it gets from the login ID cross refererenced) Order form calculates price and processes - at least it should! No ecommerce needed, no https, its a coding issue here. ## Deliverables THIS IS A REALLY URGENT AND NOW OVERDUE PROJECT, SO PLEASE GIVE YOUR TIMELINE AND DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE GOING ON HOLIDAY OR SIMILAR IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS. I EXPECT THIS PROJECT MAY HAVE SOME REMEDIAL CHANGES AND CLIENT FEEDBACK TO REFINE. So the idea is the cleitn is either a distributor, salon or retail client - and when they login ID checks the database to see who the client is and what client type they are. When they go to the order form, it displays the order from thats appropriate for them, and the cleint fills in the quanities of the products, clicks update and then sends the order form. The website manager gets the order as an email including the customers name, address, telephone number which are hidden fields The calculations are easy - same product range - just about 8 products, no 2 for 1, percentage dfiscounts, coupons or anything like that. Just 3 price breaks - 1 price for all retailers, another for all salons, anoother for all distributors. All accounts are on credit - so no credit cards to be taken, etc. I have had a coder do some work on this- which you will find attached. So, for this project there are 2 options. 1 option is : you can show the orderform to the coder and simplay say,,, on basis of 'qty' entered price should be displayed in "GB" coloumn 2 option: I made a file '[login to view URL]' in /templates/collexia/[login to view URL] which is attached. Itegrate this php file into order form and displaying the results on the same page for priceand as u know right now, the calculated price is displaying on the separate page, you must get it to display on the collexia layout
