Convert collection of XML files into composite text files

I have a collection of 91 XML files (all in the precise exact format). An example can be found here: [login to view URL] I would like you to engineer a very quick script that will take each XML file, one by one and then produce a series of independent text files (organised with one directory per XML file) by interpreting the XML code. You could also do to this manually, but this could produce errors - so a script would be better and faster.
