Design And Develop A Complete UX/UI For Real Estate Application

We need a complete creation of user experience and user interface for a real estate application. App is meant for both desktop and mobile devices, but by means of responsive design (no separate mobile version needed at this point). **Phase 1:** You will design the complete visual identity of the app, including look and feel of the site, as well as elements for user interaction (buttons, tables, dropdowns, icons). **Phase 2:** According to our paper drawn wireframe, and detailed functional specification, you will then apply this design, so that we get a fully functional prototype of an app. This DOES NOT include programming app itself, we will use dummy data, and the whole purpose is to have a full demonstration of look and feel of the application, before the application itself is programmed. **What we look for:** Modern look and feel, AJAX utilized wherever sensible. We like the look and feel of: **[login to view URL]** (login data prefilled, just click login) **and** **[login to view URL]** but are also very open to your ideas, proposals and creativity. **Techical requirements:** - HTML5, CSS3, JS, jQuery. We are very open to using various JavaScript frameworks/libraries/plugins as per your proposal. - Cross Browser Compatiblity with all major browsers/versions. - Responsive design, mobile friendly, desktop friendly, practically an app that adjusts to just about any screen size and looks got on it. - Clean and documented code, best practices followed wherever possible, but we are not stuck into code validation and prefer what works in real life usage **Pricing guidelines:** - For elements which may vary in number (like icons, number of pages which we'll need a working prototype for etc.) you can note us of a price per icon or per page. For total bid you can count that we'll have 10 icons and 60 pages, but this number may increase during the project for which we'll pay you accordingly.
